Coaching Announcement

We are pleased to announce the reappointment of Rich Mathers as Senior coach for seasons 2023 & 2024.

Rich was appointed to the Senior coaching role late last year and immediately went about building on the foundations that had been laid at the club with a view to achieving ongoing, sustainable success, resulting in a number of former Dolphins junior players returning to the club, in addition to the arrival of some key recruits.

The results achieved so far this year under Rich’s stewardship, both on and off the field, speak for themselves, but it is the quality of the person behind this that we have become familiar with at the Dolphins. Rich’s ability to develop & mentor young footballers, whilst also driving standards and nurturing a high-performance culture are attributes we are privileged to have in our senior coach.
