Frankston Dolphins Football Netball Club (Inc) CLUB 50 Members Draw TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions of Entry include information on how to enter and Prizes. Participation in the “Frankston Dolphins Football Netball Club (Inc) CLUB 50 Members Draw” is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 2. Eligibility: Entry is open only to financial members of the Frankston Dolphins Football Netball Club (Inc) CLUB 50 membership who are financial at midday on the day of the draw and are over 18 years of age.  Membership is limited to 50 members and costs $250.00 which provides full social membership of the Frankston Dolphins Football Netball Club (Inc) including voting rights. 3. The Draw: Using a random number generator the Members Draw will be conducted weekly following the sale of all 50 memberships. There will be one weekly draw (18 in total) held of $250 undertaken on Thursday nights or at home games (during the home and away season) and all draws will be live streamed on the club Facebook page (www.facebook.com/FrankstonDolphinsFC/).  The weekly draw will take place over 18 weeks of the year. The winning marble will be returned for the following weekly draws. Winners will be notified and results posted on the club Facebook page as soon as possible after each draw. One Mega Draw of $1,000 will take place during the season at a time to be decided by the club (details of Mega Draw will be advertised on our Facebook page and website prior to draw). 4. The name of all winners will be published on the Club’s facebook &/or website page, as soon as practicable after winning, for a period of not less than 28 days. 5. Prizes will be available for collection from the Club at the conclusion the Draw, or alternatively arrangements will be made to deposit funds to members nominated bank account. 6. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 7. Club’s decision final: If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or awarding of the Prize, the Club’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. Cancellation / delay / modification: If, for any reason whatsoever, any part of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Club reserves the right to cancel, terminate, delay, relocate, modify or suspend any or all of elements of the Promotion, subject to the written directions from any regulatory authority. 9. Publicity: Members consent to the Club using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of advertising this Promotion, and promoting any of the Club’s products or services. 10. Limitation of liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club, its officials and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including negligence), which is suffered, incurred or sustained in any way in connection with the Promotion. 11. Governing law: The laws of the State of Victoria govern the Promotion
